Had a ball listening to the first one earlier. It's actually a vinyl twofer I picked up in Borderline a while ago. Looking forward to "On The Boards" next.....

Indeed they are Shane. It's great to hear him blowing away on the saxophone and harmonica on a couple of tracks instead of his usual guitar pyrotechnics :) Would love to know what the new vinyl reissues sound like along with Live At The Isle Of Wight.

Just after checking, though I'm sure I saw the IOW set in Tower, that it's the Live at Montreux set that's been reissued. Which is good news for me because that's the one I need to replace :)

Another live one. This time from Cologne sometime in Jan. 1969. It's an amateur mono tape recording from somebody in the audience. God bless you, whoever you are! Stunning :) But then I would say that, wouldn't I?
