Intel HD & Iris Graphics drivers 15.33.18.3496
previous official release is better. this version makes SQ compressed.

win2012 R2 has great Lan driver. works just fine. SQ damage is much less than expected.
MS LAN driver > Realtek driver
no plan trying any more realtek. they all sucked.
(heard intel LAN driver much better for SQ. should consider it next time buying a new mobo. intel LAN driver has bigger buffer size too, in general.)

win8/8.1 metro is a pain in the ass.
1. "FxxkMetro.exe". it basically kills the running thread/process of metro.
result: SQ decreases.
2. "SkipMetroSuite". disabling the charm, start, app switch....
result: SQ decreases.
3. "Windows 7 explorer for Windows 8"

this replaces win8 file explorer with the actual win7 file explorer.
result: this is interesting. metro automatically is never loaded. memory usage improved. the exact win7 start menu is back!
treble improved. sounds like win7. makes win8 treble feels dry.
this tweak brings some negative effects too.

windows update
1. should only select important updates.
2. after update, in command prompt, run:
for win8/2012
dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
for win8.1/R2
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
SQ will improve. will recover some free disk space. winsxs folder will reduce a lot in size.
for win8/2012, windows update will increase SQ quite a lot. original install doesn't sound nearly as good.

confused loosening timing as freer sound.
in high digital jitter environment, this sounds good.
when enough good micro is accumulated, this makes soft/sloppy/bloated sound.

in high jitter environment, keeping it enable makes better sound.
because tightening jitter = strain.

balance = loosened timing
low = tightened timing
high = micro-details is messy. DON'T USE IT. FALSE AIR
in low jitter environment, low=best.

my favorite frequencies:
800Mhz = MORE EASY ANALOG
2000Mhz = BEST
my favorite timings for 2000Mhz:
a-a-a-b-2
a-a-a
10-10-10 = TIMING TOO TIGHT TOO SMOOTH TOO LIQUID
11-11-11 = best balance
12-12-12 = TIMING IS LOOSE MORE EASY ANALOG
b=a*2-3 = LOWER RES MORE EASY ANALOG e.g. 11-11-11-19
b=a*3-3 = HIGHEST RES BEST BALANCE e.g. 11-11-11-30
b=a*4-3 = TOO SMOOTH e.g. 11-11-11-41
RAM voltage = 1.54v
<1.54 = dry
>1.54 = blur
1.54 is best.
