very much so... it doesn't have quite the gripping immediacy of the Creation, but its delightful all the same..

Quite correct....it is much more subtle but very lovely nonetheless. I am glad that you liked it.

This would not be my style for Handel but I did enjoy listening to the alternative interpretation. The brass section was really very good but the strings were too saccharine for me and the tempos just a little slow. Still, it is a good one to have.
