Thanks for the welcome Dermot, been renovating the house and taking a little pause!!!!!

That's another cracker of an album. And another I'd nearly forgotten about

Re King Crimson
Court Of..., Red, Starless and Discipline are all available in new mixes and DVD-A format disks (in high res 24/96), called the 40th. Anniversary series with lots of extras.
Lark's tongues coming this month.

Mark.

Did you hear them? Are the extras worth the effort?

I have the 4 I mentioned and think them very good value (around £13 each).
Each album contains multiple mixes, videos bonus tracks, good booklets. The remixes are supervised by Fripp - you can get details of the extras on Amazon.
I see that Islands, Lizard and Poseidon are also available.

The high res versions can be a bit of a pain to extract from the DVD-A disks but once done the sound is clean, warm and muscular - especially on Red - I'm glad they concentrated on the Fripp/Whetton/Bruford edition of the band as they were peerless.

Am looking forward to Lark's Tongues in Aspic at the end of the month.
