AVX doesn't exist in your Pentium-G3220

I don't understand what you're saying. My G3220 IS a Haswell...

Apparently, being a Haswell is not sufficient.

If you look at your datasheet on the link it says it only has sse4.1/sse4.2 extentions to the instruction set.

The datasheet of my i7 4770t says:
Instruction Set Extensions SSE 4.1/4.2, AVX 2.0
So it looks like no avx possibility for you, probably because it is a Pentium and not a Core i processor.

Ctrl/Copy your music file and double click the mqn.bat file.

You will need to provide more detail on your operating system and mobo etc.Set up etc. The problem with this thread is that the answers are probably here but you will go mad before you find it. It is worth the effort as there are plenty of helpful folk who hopefully can resolve the initial teething problems. I still have issues with some of the versions on a laptop and if you followed any of this thread you will see the instruction set of your processor impacts what versions will work.

if everyone's happy with 3.25, I'll make that the final version for now.

Have yet only tried it on my dekstop pc with headphones, but it sure sounds frigging excellent! 3.24 a little more soft on the ears. Is this the end then for the SQ quest?

noticed a small optimisation, 3.26 more detail and no harshness - amazing

If everyone is happy with 3.26 I'll make up the other versions

harshness can be a tricky one
Difficult to reduce harshness without loosing the best of the highs

Hope to get back testing mid wk

I did not try all the intermediate version but sse 3.26 has difficulty keeping control over bass and bass is somewhat featureless. Listening to Charlie Haden on double bass the tones are one wide wall of booming bass with no texture.

I don't think this bass is best of the sse-versions and certainly not near the latest avx.
So I'm curious how this 3.26 would sound in an avx version.
