I don't listen to a huge amount of vinyl and purchased a Project years ago, the Debut III (perhaps it was a II back then). For the money I thought it was a great buy. I soon upgraded the cartridge to an Ortofon Super OM40 and it made a nice improvement. I have no hesitation in recommending it if you don't want to spend much.
