That Sweedish DIY guy has a very clean and tidy workshop. More like a lab than a workshop. He should see mine........

For anyone thinking of replacing the volume pot in an amp/preamp.... these are some of the best sounding stepped pots out there at reasonable cost. They outperform an alps blue velvet by a mile - they look and feel cheap, but work great in practice and sound very good. Total cost is only $15...
