the "ultra stereo" production on "More Specials" is a bit odd. On Stereotypes it's fantastic but on other tracks it's a muddle. One of the best live bands I've ever seen.... and that was a long time ago! (30 years?)jadarin wrote:
Great albums..I only realised they're playing in Cork tonight..
They're playing Monday night, time to get there yet ;-)jadarin wrote:

I heard it was great. Not my "cup of tea" though. I'd be asleep by song #2 . Maybe it's my cup of coco?tweber wrote: Tom Petty on tonight. Anyone see him in Dublin last night?
It was an amazing gig! Better than Bob, Bruce or.... as good as Neil. They rocked and with more conviction than most younger bands I have heard in years. Wilco and this within a week brings me hope for the rock scene where great sounding guitars, a good melody and funny lyrics are still allowed.Ivor wrote:I heard it was great. Good to hear Claus, just heading out the door to see them here in Cork. Hopefully they sound as good in the "big tent" we have down here!Claus wrote:It was an amazing gig!
