I am delighted that you are enjoying the Early Music Jared. What I really like about it is when one is hit with that wall of polyphony....it can be quite special as you say.Jared wrote:

Fergus, I think you'd love this disk, if not for the sheer stylistic variety in its 76 minute playing time, but for the fact that the harmonies will make those little hairs on the back of your neck stand on end...

A wonderfully powerful performance....heavily laden with brass! Speeds are brisk and the music moves along at a fair pace but it is never rushed.
