This is a hugely enjoyable performance of Martinu's Fifth and the sound of the CPO is just gorgeous.

This was a superb, powerful, menacing and almost threatening performance; the music was positively snarling at me from the speakers! It is probably the best version that I have heard....simply magnificent!

I have finished listening to this set....

I thought that these were fine performances and I did not tire of listening to them for a minute; in fact the set was not far from being played continuously through.
