Not getting a handle on this one at all! Any chance of a year? I thought it looked a little like Mike Scott, but it's definitely not.

Where have you been hiding? Welcome back... It's a posthumous compilation,albeit 12 years after his death! First released to the public in 1986.Finally, the photographer who took the picture, also took another photograph,among many,of him wearing a shawl;this item of clothing,believe it or not, was actually on permanent exhibition in a record shop here in Dublin which is now,sadly,closed down... And yes, you would tend to think of Mike Scott, wouldn't you?
