Thank you Derek. B&W was always my preferred medium and I did love my time in the darkroom producing images such as those above.

Nice shot of my late father-in-law Éamon de Buitléar. He died this day two years ago. He would have admired many of the landscape pics on here.

Many of us admired him Terry.


There was an excellent programme about him not long after his passing if I remember correctly.

LOL!!! You are determined to get me back printing Fran!!
Yes, I kept everything with the idea/hope that I would return to it some day. As I have already said I loved my time in the darkroom and spent a lot longer in there than I should have, sometimes well into the small hours of the morning. However, in truth, I was never more than a competent printer Fran but I was always keen.
