That Moon soundtrack looks interesting. I kinda liked the movie but I remember the music was, at the very least, "different". Clint Mansell wasn't it?cybot wrote:Went mad today in Dublin!?!?
Indeed it is Ivor. I haven't seen the film although it can be picked up for pittance in HMV the last time I looked. A friend of mine with loads of contacts actually had a pre-release CD of the soundtrack a while ago and we had a quick listen. Both of us thought it was crap but it was a quick listen! So I don't really know why I succumbed to the temptation of actually buying it. I had another 'quick' listen last night and I was pleasantly surprised. It's not bad at all but it's not cutting edge either... still I'm glad now I got it as it is a nice wee artifact...Ivor wrote:That Moon soundtrack looks interesting. That 2nd Watts 103rd Street album is a gem... and anything by Donny Hathaway is gonna be good. Is that a new Paolo Conte?
Wow!!!! Another one. Enjoy :-) The one previous to that comes highly recommended too ('The Blue Notebooks'). Itfergus wrote:
