Does it look like him?Indeed it does, and you know it! Supposedly the most
extreme music ever made and it's been rereleased on double vinyl at a store near you :-))
See this month's Wire. Also he loved to see a certain Sally dancing - that should do it !!
They changed the sleeve when I was looking out my back door but....they still use
the same guy on the new sleeve anyway; so if you know the guy you have it!
Their first LP was named after a character in Washington Irving's 'Sleepy Hollow'...
The group name inspired by a character in a film starring Gregory Peck...a controversial film in it's day.
Phew! Glad I got one of these! Great clues to point the way!cybot wrote:cybot wrote:Only two (hard) ones left; alright, here's some clues...

LOL That was the rumour anyway...Still it didn't stop me buying the album at a record fair years ago Side 4 was banjaxed but I reckoned it wouldn't have made much difference and I got it at a knockdown price too! Couldn't wait to hear how 'bad' it was when I got home though! It's definitely as non-musical as you can get and a definite party pooper! But I digress, as it set the scene for the likes of Sonic Youth,Neil Young,Loop,Spaceman Three,Mogwai, Oren Ambarchi and labels like Touch etc etc etc All hail the DRONE :-)))JAW wrote:I don't think I've seen this sleeve before!
Wasn't this the contractual album he made to annoy the label?
Clues, once again, were all! I thought the picture looked like Terry Hall!
Ticks all the boxes doesn't it? Battered Strat and all that. But which one?DancingPriest wrote:Is the second one Rory Gallagher?
