There are Klemperer recordings that don't catch me (like his mangling of the Finale of Bruckner 8) but he's drawn me into a few works I thought I'd never take to - Dvorak 9th, for instance. So with the commendations here, I feel highly optimistic about the adventure. If I don't report back before the week's out, send out a search party! :D

I haven't bought cds for several months. I had a big gap in my collection in that I only had one cd of Grieg's orchestral music so I bought this box set:
