Followed by these two. Saw them the once here in Dublin and, hand on heart, it was one of the very best gigs I've ever witnessed. I clearly remember them being in a state of shock at the reception they received. Thanks John for jogging the old memories :-)

all for under £12. No better time to be a music fan from the point of view of affordability.

On double MOV vinyl and, of course, ridiculously priced too....
Some important observations: This is supposed to be an expanded edition of the original which has long been unavailable and makes it's reappearance on vinyl after a long absence. I counted three out of the five extras claimed on the cover sticker. But, wait....on perusing the notes I discover that Little Wing and Voodoo Chile were incorrectly listed on the original release as coming from the San Diego Arena! They were actually from the Albert Hall!?!! So now this release has Voodoo Chile from San Diego as originally intended and Little Wing from the Winterland nights. Red House deservedly gets a side to it's own which now makes it the best sounding version available by a mile. Since this is my first time having a listen to this new set my overriding impression is that MOV have done an outstanding job on this majestic vinyl version....
