yip, sure am. I've been lucky enough with the quality of pressings too. All of them have been in pristine condition so far. There's definitely something seductive about the vinyl format alright. Whether its the sound, the workings of the table, the ritual of preparing a disc for listening, I dont really know. Either way it's hugely involving.

How are you getting on with the Spendors fergus? Can they do 'bass'? The reason I ask is I couldn't get over how small they were, for a floorstander, I mean...

The Spendors punch way above their size Dermot and can ably handle bass. Not long after I got them I also purchased a power amp which also helps in this regard.
