Always interesting to listen to Brady and Giles. We need to start with the 8yr olds and teach them how to play like that. We may not succeed but in a decade or two we might run them a bit closer. What a team to watch it is in a perverse way an honour to lose to them in the decent and honest way we conducted ourselves. You have to hand it to the irish team they kept working as hard as they could and our fans show how to accept defeat while still appreciating and encouraging our team.

For Europes sake I hope they thrash the germans in the final.

Dave: I am also a F1 nut. Must have a chat with you regarding races to go to. I want to bring my Dad and brother to one maybe next year... :)

just seeing this now. Yeah send me a pm if you wish. If there is one F1 race to go to in your lifetime then it has to be the Italian GP at Monza for two reasons: 1. Fastest track in the calender where the speeds are incredible 2. The fanatical Ferrari fans, The Tofosi. They make for a great atmosphere.

Monaco for the loudness due to the noise echoing all round the narrow streets. Not easy or cheap to get the best seats though and seating is limited.

Dave/Claus or other petrolhead, any of you guys heading over to Goodwood F.O.S at the end of the month? Sorry for taking the thread off on a tangent but I have a pair of tickets for Thursday which I can't use if anyone is interested (I'm heading over friday).
