maybe i should switch to win8 core
it has nothing. can delete powershell. no remote crap. no group policy. nothing.... nothing much to strip

only advantage of win2012 is you can delete/remove "device manager", and other things using dism.
win2012 has minimum metro.

win8 core has more metro... but everything else is less.

install_wim_tweak.exe does this:
1. makes a few permission changes in registry
2. now delete package is possible.
3. it calls microsoft's "dism .../remove-package..." to remove the package

or you can do it manually... takes more time.

if you need flash, don't delete... hehe

you use win8 pro? you have tones of crap! as much crap as win2012

for example i did this:
install_wim_tweak.exe /o /c Microsoft-Windows-Multilingual-Package-admin~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~6.2.9200.16384 /r
your win8 should have this.

i remove tones of things. but they are server features. not exist in win8

i haven't even remove printing things
coz it broke notepad needs printing... wtf...
