When pondering my next Beethoven symphonic cycle recently I opted for the above instead of the Furtwangler which will follow in due course!

Pepe, would you care to comment on this rather interesting charity shop purchase I made today??? It's new to me.

Kocian Quartet/ Josef Suk (on Czech 'Bonton' label)
No photograph available, but looks like a good purchase!!

A wonderful CD. "Building a Library" surveyed DFD's discography some years ago and chose that as the CD which best represented him. The Fürtwängler
