This is a very deliberate post designed to cause trouble. Given Julf's history elsewhere there can be no doubt he is acting as a troll.

My apologies - I thought I was asking a reasonable, on-topic question.

You're playing the innocent which doesn't cut any ice. The question you've asked is on the same open-source aspect that ended up in your being banned permanently from CA.

im sure Julfs more than dubious posting history on other forums will be taken into consideration,
i dont know what motivates this Computer audiophile terrorism with guerrilla warfare tactics on development of making music better
i doubt his ducking and diving will work here
regardless his presense is definitely not here to contribute

For anyone who is aware of the history it is blatantly obvious what you are playing at. I will say no more as I am "sending you to Coventry".

Rather harsh words.

I asked a simple question, one that can be answered by a simple "yes, the source code is available <here>", or "no".

It is really very simple. Sbgk is using the work done by Triode, and making a small modification to it. By licensing it using the GPLv3, Triode is stating that he is happy with people using, studying, modifying and changing his code - but with a small proviso that the modifications should be made available to others on the same terms. Not respecting that would constitute a violation of the copyright license terms.
