a 3CD set from Harmonia Mundi featuring some very fine solists for a giveaway price.

I have listened to this on vinyl recently and I was impressed with it (particularly the Fireworks)....





If anyone was so inclined it is going for £0.19 here and is a giveaway at the price I think.

The recent discussion of Bach's organ works over on the "What are you listening to" thread had me scouring the web for cheap copies of the Hanssler editions. Having considered several, I happened across this set which seems like a no-brainer. £1.79 + shipping for a 2-disc set including some of the finest works should give a really good flavour of whether I want to pay up for the individual albums:

Hi Jared, that is really very thoughtful of you, thank you. I am pleased to say that I have all 27 cds of Herrewehghes's earlier Bach recordings on Harmonia Mundi: I have that cd. :)
