I'm bowled over by the production on this album.
Soloists are right there in the room with you.
I'm watching "Treme" right now and thought I'd dip into some New Orleans jazz.

Try following that one with the man’s final masterpiece, Interstellar Space, or Giant Steps with Ascension. It’s an extraordinary and jarring shift of direction but such listening sessions allow you to really get a sense of the sheer breadth of vision that this man had.
