uploaded 64 bit version of squeezelite and portaudio with optimisations and using movsb instead of memcpy, again don't rename the portaudio_x64.dll

I went back to old version and Qobuz and other stations streaming works. It is definitely matter of the new version, it cuts out those nice features that I was excited about in first place.

I'll add them back in, just wanted to get something that compiled. Concentrating on the SQ at the moment.

yes, that one can be left as the new ones are x86 and x64 suffix

the 32 bit needs x86 and 64 bit needs x64, they can both be in the same directory eg if you wanted to compare 32 bit vs 64 bit.
