I'm taking notes and writing a report as I go along. Mainly because, as I say, I thought it would be a longer process! It will still be a few weeks before all is resolved.

Oh God forbid! There's a few speakers around the house that would throw out a bit of sound alright but they wouldn't be great..... thanks to Fran's kindness I'm spoiled!
