I know I have posted about Meerlust in the past, but not sure if I mentioned this Rubicon, ... however I finally managed to get my paws on this bottle having been advised by a good friend of mine.

I bought two bottles.... one for consumption, the second to put by....

The first bottle was a big disappointment... but that was a few months ago.... however... the second bottle is now open... and is going down very very well.

Strange that eh!!

Thanks Jaybee.... must check that out Biondi Santi... one for the diary.

Currently getting my lips around... Tignanello 2010...started off good... then went a touch downhill.... however very smooth for a red...

A nice bottle... however not sure if it was really worth the money....I think there is better to be had at this range....

And may you enjoy well Ivor... but what speakers are you now using... now that the 989 units have shifted??

Surely that bottle is not being accompanied to beautiful music?

Currently indulging in a tipple myself... a very nice wine from Israel at the moment.. Yarden, Syrah from Israel.

I have Fran's own Eist Dubhs and they're kind of amazing. I think my quest for replacements might have been a short one!
