Yeah same here! Absolutely top notch in every way. Tell that wife of yours she has terrific taste :)
Did you get the Taste live one yet? I had a copy in my hand in Tower yesterday but I couldn't buy it as I had it ordered with Classified :( Bought the DVD instead. Haven't really sat down yet to watch it but believe it or not there's a 16 minute plus Beat Club version of 'It Happened Before It'll Happen Again' with our Rory playing the sax. Brilliant!
The only bummer is if you only want to watch the live cuts they're in 4:3 format :(
Will have to wait until next week before the vinyl lands in the local. Argh!!!!!!

Sh######t I didn't know that! Thanks for the heads up Shane.....Oooooh I won't sleep :)
Edit: Tickets booked :)
Incidentally this is the first tour of this band w/ David Schramm.....
The trio of Ira Kaplan, Georgia Hubley and James McNew now return as a quartet, reuniting with former member Dave Schramm on electric guitar as they revisit the original concept of their beloved Fakebook (a mix of cover songs, “covers” of Yo La Tengo songs, and brand new originals) on its 25th anniversary. This unprecedented live set-up — Ira on acoustic guitar, Georgia up-front on a small kit, and James on upright bass — marks the first occasion of this particular Yo La Tengo incarnation touring together (and since it took them 31 years to get around to doing so, could very well also be the last).
