not correct sound usualy:
clean <-> hard/dry
dirty <-> soft/wet

need soft/wet but in cleaness, otherwise sound will be dirty, not detailed.

feel v2.90.15 is clean but dry, little. here's not enough vibration (and micro vibration) in its cleaness. so need keep its clean/hard/dry and improve vibration/micro vibration. so then sound will be more soft/wet.
reason: not good balancing as v2.4.3.
will try as i think. not easy, hehe...

yes. same here. 2.90.15 is on dry side. also thin. because thin, so 0.5% nervous.

right now for me, best sound for me is 2.90.4. soft. clean. highest quantity in vibration.
2nd best = 2.90.9
3rd best = 2.4.3 MOD, s4, rax no zi MOD, mqn.exe2.2 MOD

win7+xa1080a = most delicate vocal + highest quantity texture in vocal.
king of vocal. not as analog as lekt or mqn. maybe intel C++, sse make less analog.

my 2012 only makes analog vocal. no quality in texture.

lol... i understand why my setup is harder than norm....

harddisk temperature +10c in summer

i see good vocal of these versions. good musical emotion!
v2.90.17 bass can play separate notes, like as solo playing, prefer this bass.
if sound too hard then bass can't vibrate, if too soft then bass can't play detailed and speedly notes. need just enough softness for sound.
feel v2.90.17 better, of course if can be a bit more soft then bass will be perfect. make MOD version for it, maybe you can get better softness. but i think not easy touch its bass, hehe... try it.

maybe new best? need more time to tell... every 2.90x is very good. only small difference.

yes yes yes.... sometimes 2.90.9 vibrates very good. sometimes PC is too hard it doesn't vibrate...

for me... more soft = more vibration. so, 2.90.4 has highest vibration now in summer hehe

everyday is more hot... sound is changing also

in winter, i remember sound was soft.
i tweaked too much in winter. sound becomes too tight.
now is summer -> too hard.

for me, 2.90x is very good balance. only hard or soft

i see some software with poor bass, their treble is also poor.

2.90x treble is not perfect. but good enough
good treble needs $$$$
nowadays, a good piano needs > 50K... <50K = questionable treble

JC, i see v2.33.1 256 Fibonacci have very pretty sound, vocal emotion great. its sound is clean, balancing, many things are correct. only not much vibration as last versions. could you retest it, make more vibration by MOD. im learning its code now, need improve its SQ, will optimize in C native.

i think some vibration is incorrect, so the tune is not very sunny. i think you can fix it.
