Yes I do, thanks for the links Dermot, much appreciated.
No bother at all Sean. Hope you get something you're looking for.....not that you have any big gaps in your collection!

I LOVE Colin Walcott's music-making, sorely missed.
Glad you said that because I find myself listening more to his contributions than Steve's :)

Hi Dermot, if you want Walcott, this is really magnificent:

Image

Glen Moore: bass;
Paul McCandless: oboe, English horn, bass clarinet;
Ralph Towner: classical guitar, twelve-string guitar, piano, Flugelhorn, percussion;
Collin Walcott: percussion, sitar, tabla, guitar.

LOVELY Dermot, Walcott was a wonderful musician and tragically lost his life in a car accident in Germany in 1984, I remember it well!

Thanks Sean but would you believe it it's the only Oregon album I actually have!!! A beautifully realised gatefold sleeve too....The music is not bad either ;) Thank you for the YouTube links.....

My ECM journey continues with these two Barre Phillips LPs. The first one features John Surman and Aina Kemanis and the second features Alaine Joule.....Wonderful music making on the first, much more experimental on the second.....but that's ok :)

Ok, went for little trip to Dublin and paid visit to few places. I noticed there is increase of second hand music stores there....? Sorry, do not ask me exactly where;)

I’ve been to new Tower record shop visiting Jazz section and small Cloney branch, thanks to the guys who happily plaid my records warning me prior to unless is Georg Michael.

Anyway from Tower record I end up buying:

Diana Krall ,, The Girl in other room,, 9.99€
Gregory Porter ,,Liquid Spirit,, 12.99€
Madeleine Peyroux ,.Half perfect world’’ 9.99€

All good quality recordings with some extremely good songs.

Oh, and forgot to add something that is not so great news. Most of ECM albums cost way more than used to, and there is separate section for them in Jazz location, c’mon 26€ for an album is little bit over the limit I think!

For Cloney, the new 685 sound smooth.

Spin Dizzy

The Bad Plus ,,Never stop,, 8.99€
Ronny Jordan ,,At least’’ 3.99€
And absolutely bargain. Album that I bough couple of months ago for close to 20€. Sealed and in cardboard edition Charlie Winston ,, Running Still’’ - 1.99€ ....it will be for my brother in law who I am trying to introduce to music!

Good night of listening ahead of me!

Regards
Maciej
