Another interesting r2r dac

Anybody have some experience with mentioned Denafrips DACs?
I see on their website that one was sold to somebody in Dublin, so is that somebody on this forum?:)

Looks like at some point Audio-Gd released a new version of their module - the DA-8. Looks a lot nicer. Not clear what the difference is between the previous though:

Hi to all of you.

Friend of mine ask me the other day, about Denafrips DACs, Ares 2 in particular, but I never heard them before.
Can anyone share any thoughts or experience with these DACs?
Looks fine for me, but I'm not expert, like some of yous.
