Which of those features removal might have stopped my usb dac functionality? I would like to turn it back on...

Also device manager stopped working after this...

those are server features. nothing to do with device manager. you can see "Device Setup Manager" running in "services"?

I just did removal of your indicated features and now i have no devive manager, no services msc, nousb dac... Something went wrong here, need to check and will report back

type devmgmt.msc in command prompt. tell me what you get.

You need to add a disclaimer as a signature that all these 'tweaks' you mention are for your edification alone and not for others to implement without risk to their PC. You don't explain your 'tweaks' thoroughly and you don't even have your gear displayed in your signature. Maybe you should spend more time testing out your tweaks thoroughly first before posting or change the thread title to 'optimization diary'.

really should have backups and/or clones for trying out tweaks on os's, if only that if you make a mistake all isnt lost

large amounts of tweaks are a bit of a mind field

IMO, it goes without saying that if one is messing around with fundamentals of an OS (deleting services, registry edits and the like) that there is some if not much risk involved and that backups are a good if not necessary idea. "At your own risk" is sort of inherent to the process, but I guess having an official disclaimer would not hurt.
