Technical query I reckon for the ken moreland support dept of the jkdac corporation. I reckon it is just the options I took when setting up eac but in case it is something else. I have added lots of cds to a external hdd without checking how they worked. All ok except the order of the tracks is alphabetical. I have had a quick look but due to work pressures etc etc havent given it much time I dont see an obvious way of correcting this. Am I missing the obvious? BTW DAC is great and fine myself using that rather than the cd player.

Tony, I've forgotten how I did this but eventually I got it to work. Someone else may wish to chime in here. As I recall it depends on the settings you select on EAC Options/ Filename/ I use %C - %N. %T and this seems to work.
I've done the same as you in the past and my early efforts have no titles etc.

Mick,
Any chance of a post about your experiences with the tour DAC & impressions of the sound?

Shhh, I was hoping to keep my location secret - there are a number of high-end manufacturers out to get me or am I being paranoid ? :)
BTW, saw this recently & had to laugh at these guys who copied verbatim my device & then claim "The R&D department of Human Audio turns into computer based listening as well. After a lot of thinking and experiments, one new device was born: "Tabla" which became the missing link for the people who wanted to listen to music straight off their computer to the higest level"

The guy that runs this company is a member called Cartman on DIYAudio where I posted some of my early modification work. I suppose I should be flattered :)

Let me guess, the price of their one is triple the price of yours?
