Quiet indeed. Partly due to not being in listening mode, partly due to my new job expecting me to actually *work* rather than sit surfing the web all day. But seriously, I've hardly turned on the system in months. Ridiculous really.

Fergus, I have no specific plans for a recital at the moment, but certainly a low-key something or other in the Autumn has been mooted. I'll keep you posted!

This is very engaging music and certainly worth invesigating....especially at Naxos prices!!

JS Bach: Organ Works / Helmut Walcha....

Discs 2&3 contain the Preludes and Fugues and I have really enjoyed them. The music, although much more involved than the Sonatas on CD 1, was very engaging and enjoyable. With the exception of one work they were all played on the same organ which I really like the sound of.
