I LOVE Art Pepper's music-making. After his release from prison in the early seventies he recorded several splendid albums, The Trip was one of them.

Enjoying this on Yazoo Records....Hard to believe that he died from the after-affects of a routine tonsillectomy in New York 1933. He was only 31 years old....

Picked up this vinyl recently - lovely stuff.

Nithin Sawney recorded live to vinyl.

Got this to improve my breathing technique. Can't figure out why I like it? Is it just because this bloke has/had such a way with the women.
Was expecting it to be terrible but keep playing the whole album.
