made about 100 OS changes over the week. the sound is totally different. (vocal emotion adds 10%. other things.... hehehe...)

shall try my best to test.

last week, i like raw version.
this week, i like non-raw.
OS jitter is distorting the sound. pretty sure sound is better. coz xa detects less jitter. (xa is a pissed-off wife. one mistake, all things go wrong.)

2.79.1 raw has lots of vibration.
-OS needs very very clean, otherwise tune goes wrong.
-when my OS is bad mood, raw's tune 60% chance going wrong.

prefer 2.79. 2.79 vibration>2.76.3. yet, it keeps stable tune like 2.76.3. definite improvement
-detect no issue with soundstage.
-very good high density sound. tune is stable at high notes
-mellow (no edge) because of good vibration. the sound melts! (feels like s5)
-vocal is amazing as always. feels better than usual

this stone equals 2.79. smooth. no edges. beautifully crafted.

2.79's fast drum has great timing. best of recent memory.

think sound depth can fade more elegantly.
this sound depth is good. no excess.

interesting compare! like this stone, elegant. music sound need become as it.
v2.79 have nice texture, also prefet it. but in bad OS v2.4.3 balance still is best of lekts.

2.79 is quite perfect.
so far, ~zero issues.
very very good. most enjoyable.

2.4.3 has less resolution. more easy to survive in high jitter evironment.

yes, although 2.79 vibration not much but other things very good.
sound width good so then left and right edges have full details, nice.
height also, have details in high area.

2.79 sounds better on pkshan's 7 than my 2012.
-has regular cracks and pops. but not that bad. music is great.
-same vibrational smoothness like i heard in 2012. more stable sound. less jitters that annoy the ears.
-the timing/tempo is about 5% better(about 20 correct tweaks better).

-only using MS VGA driver. so air 10%-20% less than norm. more raw sounding.
-soundstage less natural than xa1070a and 2.4.3.
-2.4.3's soundstage is very very natural on 7.

2 files model not working in win7. all tracks skipped... hmm...

spent the afternoon fixing tweaking mistakes.
only 20 of 80 changes are correct....

now 2.79.1 raw sounds much better. tune also much better (tune not as good as 2.79)
cleaner OS = better for raw.

think s8 vibration more refined(small)
2.79.1 vibration more raw(thick)
