Watched the DVD last night and I really enjoyed listening to Bootsy Collins as Jimi's voice narrating the fascinating story of James Marshall Hendrix. Sure there was nothing terribly new among the footage but the way it was done was brilliant. A must see for all Jimi fans out there.

The Box..

One of those "out there" films, suspense, si fi thriller, a touch on the long side, but it came together in the end. Funny seeing the 70's clothes again!!

I honestly forgot how offensive this picture was.
I highly recommend it, as long as you're not AT ALL sensitive about mental disabilities.

Recent viewing from my small library of French films....

This is an office drama with a difference. The plot is good and believable and the acting is, by and large also very good. Thoroughly recommended viewing.

Just watched Winters Bone. Enjoyed it very much, even if it is about a rather harsh way of life..

Just finished watching "The book Of Eli". Based 30 years in the future, a kind of Mad Max type of film in Sepia.
