Just my wierd sense of humour Ivor relating to linking the non availability of the front page of the site and barrys mention of luke warm coffee.
Totally agree about your coffee list and my cheapo lidl espresso machine delivers a reasonably decent cup whenever I burst open the piggy bank and buy decent coffee from 3fe, and some of bewleys stuff aint too bad either.

Fran, I have had two or three PMs lately that have not been notified in my Outlook Express. I don't know whether anyone else has had this problem.

Davef had that problem before Xmas and indeed there was a problem. It was the first thing I tried when they upgraded the servers last week and the pm notification worked aok then.

I'll do some checking.....

I got some PMs today, but no email notification.

I got email notification this evening on pm.

Are they going into spam by any chance?

pm-email notification has been working fine for me lately.

Ok, so its working for some people and not others.


I'm going to be honest here - that is not like there's some option left unclicked (maybe check your own user control panel to make sure you have email notifications of pms turned on) in the forum SW, or on the site SW. It will be difficult I think to track down....... if I see anything I will let you know.

E-mail notification of PMs seems to be working again!

I found a small issue with the pm notifications - and have fixed it.... so PM emal notifications should be working again now.....
