Have spoken to a record shop owner(friend) in the past on this subject. Basically they'll give you somewhere between 20-30% of what they'll sell it on for (lower value for cash, upper for trade).
My advice is to catalog (discogs or spreadsheet) and post a link to that list here (first) or on FB Vinyl Ireland/ FB Vinyl Ireland Buy & Sell (second).
If you price at 60% of the discogs median price (for NM/EX), you'll have buyers chomping at the bit and you'll be doubling/trebling what you'll get from a shop.
