Well if it makes you feel any better I bring mine stepping of a kerb and onto a shore, so you know yourself. Always the simple things.

Surely one of your adoring family will carry you up the stairs daily so you can sit between the speakers.

Hope you have a good and speedy recovery Ivor, enjoy the pleasure of being waited upon for food and drink...sounds like a Father Ted moment as i type it!!

Another member of the broken ankles club here, same one twice and a little more costly for each, fast motorcycle and then a fast car.
Go with the autographs if they still use plaster of paris and get an old wire coat hanger ready for the itching :-)

Sorry to hear that Ivor that sounds nasty. Laura works in St Vincent's occasionally for cover. I will get her to keep an eye out for a Victor Meldrew type with a full head of hair :) Wish you a speedy recovery. Let me know if you need any refreshments or hifi cables to be dropped into the ward. Will they let you bring in the Airtight for a bit of company? Just as well you have a nice convenient dac for listening sessions, only finger movement required.

Sorry to read of your mishap Ivor, get well soon.
It's OK, if there is no bread I will eat cake.

That sounds so dull compared to me stepping out my from door into the lovey day Saturday was. ;)

Thanks SL.

I'm afraid I'll be confined to the downstairs where there is sitting, improv sleeping, a toilet and cooking facilties. A patio if we get sunshine!

Enjoy your finger movement: :)

On the video posted by Dave, incredible work and well worth the money, almost tempting me over to the dark side!
