Grand. And at last I've solved a long standing issue - the site is now fully https enabled by default, so that makes it all that bit more secure.
Comments welcome by all btw - the one thing I can't do is put it back to the old look because that style is no longer supported in the new software version.

Thanks all. We're getting closer now to being complete (well until the next update!)
Whenever I do this, I always feel like I'm hanging on by the skin of my teeth, and every single time, some fatal error or another occurs during the update process (at least I always backup before I start!!). After some cursing and googling, it has always worked out!
Last few bits still going on the background, which are actually the remnants of old code from previous versions. They don't stop the forum working, but its always good to keep the back end clean!
