Yep thats the one!!

It was so weird that I enjoyed it. The only survivor to get out in the end was the one who was mentally handicapped. Well he might have been a bit slow, not too mentally handicapped.

But sometimes its the odd film out that stays in your memory.

he is a kinda rain man, amazing with numbers dude. The cop goes mental in it.

Just watched this last night by the fire sipping a bit of cool Lemon Cello.

A bit far fetched but passible as a film if you just want to put your brain in neutral for a few hours.

Forgot to mention the boss and myself went out to see Ben Eltons Queen We will Rock you at the O2 last weekend Saturday Matine.

We parked the car at Heuston Station and got the LUAS all the way to the docklands O2.

I must admit I did enjoy the play. I was amazed at how many Queen songs I had forgotten. For those of you who have not seen it, the play was based in the future where everything is controlled by computer program, no originality anymore and humans are effectively brainwashed. However a few humans keep having Queen lyrics and eventually they end up searching for musical instruments which were hidden away under a lake. Of course in the end the good guys & girl win and Lady GaGa is defeated etc.

While it was suitable for children I was very surprised at how many adult sexual innuendo comments there where in the play.

On departing it was just as well we had our return tickets as the queue for the Luas ticket machine was about a mile long.

But it was enjoyable

Watched Moon the other night. Was very impressed with the whole thing.

Cube has always been a favourite film of mine. Not for the acting, but for the idea. It was done quite well. Cube2: Hypercube was awful however.

Another favourite of mine is Darren Aronofsky's Pi. 'Tis is very good so it is.

Hmmm.... I never got to see Cube 2 Hypercube. I will check it out in the near future. Unfortunately sometimes the sequel is worse than the original. In addition on watching a film the first time one can fail to be impressed on the second re run.

The imagination is everything at times.....

had never heard anything about it, but it's a David Mamet movie based on Kung-Fu type stuff....

well worth a spin



it's shot by Robert Elswit, which is always a treat...

very far from Jackie Chan, he uses the kung-fu as framework within which to oppose honor and greed, "american values" and humanism

Cant stop watching this amazing series.
