Panasonic Full HD issues

I bought a panasonic plasma 42'' a couple of years ago in our local town,after 3-4 hrs in use it would go into standby when changing stations.I got a replacement after about a week of whinging only to find that one had a permanent line about 30mm down the side so had to have a shop replacement for a couple of weeks so they could get it sorted only to find on its return the line had turned from grey to dark red after a few days.I would not accept another panasonic so they gave me a phillips ambilight and its better than brill,would leave the panny for dead on all fronts
