Actually, would anyone have a spare DAC I could borrow for a while in order to clear the backlog of vinyl to be archived for bothersome friends? I have a decent Lenovo laptop I can use to record on to and so use up all the blank discs I have bought recently that won`t work on the idiot Yamaha :-). Cheers.

Hi

I have had the same problem sourcing blank discs to work with range of systems including car and portable machines. I found that the Maxell-CD-R-XL-II-Digital-Audio discs (see link below) to be the most adaptable and will play on anything
