Tannoy but it would be one of the kinda monastery or cathedral looking yokes that one might see in Westminster abbey!!
One like this pair http://www.hifiwigwam.com/showthread.ph ... ington-S-E
Anyway why haven't you picked up a pair of Mulidines and Jadis Orchestra to get you set up and just bring them with you. Orchestra probably for €800 in France the Mulidines I have no experience of price wise but hearing them at Scalford show and they were very impressive.

Thx! Hopefully I'll go next month to Hifihut & clooneyaudio in order to make a comparison.

Another Frenchy arriving! Bienvenue en Irlande compatriote! All the Irish shops have been mentioned earlier.
Cloney and Listening suite have both very good staff ready to help.

Nice to know. I was disappointed by Euterpe & Bliss actually. I preferred MAGNAT & KEF.

Roksan are generally a highly rated brand, (I use a Roksan tonearm).
I've no idea about their amps but the HiFi Hut might be a bit cheaper.
I was very nearly tempted to get the Caspian CDP, it's a very good unit, I found another use for my €€€.http://www.hifihut.ie/hifi-store-dublin ... cturer=171

I wouldn't dream of spending this much money based on recommendations. I'd have to listen first.
