Use Hola on Chrome to access iPlayer - simple to use - no proxy server setting or any of that nerdy stuff
Watching the programme at the moment

Don't use it myself but there is software call Identity Cloaker which "hides" your ip address and allows the likes of the BBC iPlayer to work outside of the UK. Might be worth a look?
