In my country every serious hi fi shop's have such treatment, and all cd 's cutting is for free if you are costumer. At the moment I have only 3 cd's treated and lots at home place. (the best way is compare original and treated I have two albums David Gilmour "on an island " and difference is huge but sad all this at home place:(
If you want to buy one best place is germany ebay around 200 quid
