I already have a nice psu for the SBT :-)
My friend, I use the Squeezebox Duet digital output into my Resolution Audio Opus 21 CD player. A friend gave me his unused Stereovox XV11 digital cable and it improved the sound 'quite a bit'. When the kit settled down [the next day in fact] I noticed that there was much more bass energy from the system. In fact too much bass for my liking so I fitted three Ceraballs under the SB which restored the sound balance.

So much for my experiences, what PSU are you using and where did you get it?

The PSU is a Linear PSU that I built from an Audiophonics kit:

Is this a self build kit? How does it compare to the wall wart supplied with the SB? Are you using the digital or analogue outputs of the SB? Thanks

You can buy the ready built kit for 140€ or the kit to assemble for 99€.

I modified the psu to use it for both the sbt and the dacmagic, I'm using the digital output.
I heard a good sound improvement with the analogue output but with the digital one I'm not so sure.
