you can buy a hifi rack on the internet called quadraspire q4 which i think are quite atractive and they have all diffarent sizes of colums coming up all the time they roughley go around 100 uk pounds region 2nd hand
i have a rack i will have to put up for sale called music works it is arcrylic -i need a rack that hangs from the cealing due to small baby

Patrick - I think your problem is the size of the file rather than the space being full here. The maximum size for a file uploaded here is 256kb - as I recall your pics were 2mb?
You can get around this by hosting on flickr etc and linking back here using the img tabs if you like.....

I actually saw those racks in the flesh when in the uk last week. They are neat and nice. Will be definitely building my own but for the moment gear is resting on an auld sturdy pine kitchen table cut down and turned into a coffee table.CD player lounging underneath on an offcut of kitchen counter granite.
Know the feeling re ceiling racks but dont worry it only gets worse when they get older. I didn't believe that but now living through it
BTW Did you mention awhile ago about a guy in donegal who had KT88 GE's?

Haven't a clue what you are suggesting there. An innocent question concerning the potential sourcing of service parts in case of catastrophic failure of a particular item.

the man who has the 3 quad sets of general electric kt88 is in magabery co antrim -i have so little time but i mean well but if any of you forum members can think of swaps or ideas i will try to sugest things to him without raising suspisions that they may be desireable
i will try to take photos of music works rack soon

Thanks for those pics Patrick, that set up looks great!!!!!!!!!! Certainly is very very neat, all those cables tucked away out of sight!!
I take it thats the CA performance SE TT with a CA balanced Reference Phono stage?
I bet that sounds good!!!!!!!!!
