"On sales" could work well there and the premises probably has a licence to sell wine for consumption there anyway. Not my field though... I just sell wine and get people out as quickly as possible (after long conversations about hifi, cars, house renovations, holidays, rugby and the State of the Nation generally.)

Maybe just suggest being his quality wine supplier
