RIP Mimi:
Great band, quietly doing their great thing over the years. Thankfully championed by the likes of Robert Plant. Sad news from last month

Sad to hear I got into them with the album Double Negative. I should have gone to see them when they came fairly recently to the Olympia.

They were regular visitors here... I think I only have stuff on CD but anything I heard I loved. Great understated band.

I luckily got to see them in 2006 at the Midland Music festival. Great memories.

Their christmas album is worth a listen. Makes a change from Slade etc.
